Pokemon Ranger-Nintendo DSPokémon Ranger has a similar look and feel to all the other lighthearted Pokémon games, but has a different way of getting pokemon.
Before you start though...
Are you a boy:
(If you are a boy your starter will be a Pokemon called Minum- the blue electric thing)
Or are you a girl?
(If you are a girl you get the Pokemon Plusle)
Pokemon Ranger is a really fun and intresting game, but the bad thing is that it can ruin your ds by making scratches all over your screen as you use the stylus to capture pokemon.
You dream of becoming a Pokémon Ranger and is lucky enough to get recruited into the ranks of a noble organization devoted to preserving the peaceful harmony between people and Pokémon. As a new recruit, you're given a "styler," a device that may be used to pacify agitated Pokémon and temporarily recruit the critters to your cause and needs.
You grow more powerful the higher the rank you are.
The game can get boring after a while, well thats what I think.
I ruined one of my ds's playing this game so I had to get a new one.
The whole theme of the game is different; you're cast as more of a nature-loving peacekeeper and you don't battle to get the pokemon, well you do but after captures after you've done with them, you have to set them free, where as in the proper pokemon games you capture them with pokeballs and keep them as members of your party.
In of Story Mode of this game, you should be able you get around about 15 hours of gameplay, then you get Ranger Net and you download and play special missions. in one of them, you can transfer a Manaphy egg to Pokemon Diamond or Pearl
This is the Capture Styler

I really don't like the style of this game, I'd rarther play other pokemon games then play this game.
