Pokémon Diamond and Pearl Cloning Glitch

Go to the GTS and talk to the woman at the counter and you’ll enter the Wi-Fi. You’ll need to have wifi to perform the glitch. When you’re on wifi in the GTS, deposit your Pokémon you want to clone on Offer>Choose your Pokémon>OK.
Now look at the small circle clock on the down-right side of your Nintendo DS. This is how the cloning glitch is going to work. The clock’s arrow moves in a clockwise direction, and every rotation it makes is ‘one’ (1). When the clock starts to rotate, you have to turn off the Nintendo DS. I would prefer to turn off the game when the clock rotates 7 rotations and 7 ticks. If you are away from your access point while attempting this glitch, the clock arrow might take a longer process than usual to tick. When you turn off the game and the glitch worked perfectly (you turned off the game when the clock’s arrow ticked again, the Pokémon would have been traded or stored in the GTS) when you turn on the game again, it would have a blue screen saying “Communication Error! – “The previous save file would be loaded.” Turn back on your game and go back into the GTS and there should be “Summary!” instead of “Deposit Pokémon”. Take your cloned Pokémon out of the GTS and you would have two (2) of the same Pokémon with the same everything. If the glitch failed, there would be no communication error and you would have your Pokémon in the GTS, but not in your party.
Don’t expect to get the glitch perfectly if you now started. Keep trying and you’ll eventually master this glitch. If your Pokémon is holding an item while you made the glitch successful, the item would also be cloned and being held by the cloned Pokémon.
