Pokemon Platinum for Nintendo Ds

Hi, Lady Mega here- heres my review on pokemon platinum
( please note I HAVE been repeating myself and I really dunno why I think it's because I'm nervous and want it to be good)

Pokemon Platinum is the sequel to Diamond and Pearl and is acually set a few years after its prequels-there are loads of changes to Platinum.
For instance:
The GTS- now The Global Terminal
The gyms have changed in order and are a little harder
The elite four are harder
Giratina is the main legendary Pokemon.

Right, Giratina.
Giratina is the pokemon who created The Disortion World. it lived there, it came from there.
What is it?
Its a place where there is no pokemon, just Giratina and there are no items to collect.
While in this dimension the player must navigate between a number of floating platforms scattered about the world. In addition to this different landscape, the player's perspective of the world will also change and, at time, appear as though the player's character is walking on a wall or even completely upside down.
Before you capture Giratina, you enter the disortion world and Cynthia will follow- then when you get lower towards Giratina you will have a battle with Cyrus then after defeating him you will fight- and hopefully capture- Giratina,
Platinum has a slightly altered story arc. For some reason, the land of Sinnoh has grown colder, as evidenced by snow even in the far south of the region. But other regions, such as islands, have grown more desert- or tropical-like. In addition to the geography, the order in which the Gym Leaders are taken on has been switched around. Also shuffled around are Pokemon locations and items. Key items are in different locations in Platinum than they were in Diamond and Pearl. The biggest single addition to Platinum is the return of Emerald's "Battle Frontier." This is a large amusement park-like place that has multiple events, battles and prizes to be had. You (the player) also receive your very own villa in honor of all your accomplishments.
If you've played Diamond and Pearl, you've played the majority of Platinum, as the only major changes and deviations of Platinum occur near the end of the main game. If you've never played Diamond and Pearl, then get Platinum. It's, obviously, the best Pokemon game ever made. And if you've never played any Pokemon game before, well, this is a great place to start. But understand that even with Platinum, you still won't be able to "catch 'em all" unless you also have Diamond and/or Pearl version. However, with the addition of Wi-Fi battling and trading, it's also easier than ever to find someone who does have the other versions, allowing you to own all 493 Pokemon.

Pokemon Platinum is a surprisingly complex RPG that is entertaining for all ages, young and old.
I rate it 9/10

well actually if you get technica you can find the 3 pixies in the distortion world and you can get the orb iratina uses to switch forms

Nice review. The gyms and league are definitley harder. Even spamming one pokemon doesn't seem to cut it anymore (which I don't do anymore ). The game does feel new in most respects.

Lady Mega, you have not had experience with the distortion world. Giratina was sent there by Arceus because of his wreckless acts. Not to say it wasn't a good review, it's factual!

Also, I believe it's not possible to catch them all! Count the Pokemon Spots in your box and party.
