It doesn't matter, really ^^ Uniform just creates some apparent sense of discipline, otherwise clothing can't help build manners,ethics, or motivation to study in anyone. I know all this because I have atleast 10 years experiences.

If you meet/see someone that you always wanted to and can't figure what to say, what does that mean/conclude? =P
