Species Clause(No more than One of same Pokemon on team)
Sleeping Clause(No more than one Pokemon can be asleep at one time)
Evasion Clause(e.g.No Double Team,or any move that correspnds with that.
The same goes with Evasion items,which I can't think
of right now.)
Item Clause(No more than one item per Pokemon,exception to leftovers,but
maximum is two.)
Hax Items Clause(No items that alter the game's HAX program,which are:
Scope Lens,Quick Claw,Razor Claw,King's Rock.etc.)
Uber Clause(Ubers are not permitted in standard play)

i would like to join but theres a problem i suck at fighting atleast i think i cant even beat rank 1 at wifi battle tower against other players i can beat most of them though but if you want a newb im willing
and mostly mine are lvl 50's i just do batle tower so i use my salamance (fly, Earthquake, draco meteor, roost)
Garchomp (earthquake, dragon claw, sword dance, fire fang,) ANd just trying this one recently lucario(Dragon pulse, dark pulse, flash cannon, aura sphere) dont know if its that good of a team but i like it
