Champion of types

This is a classic tournament, showing what type is truely the best. Yes, this is the Champion of types. Here's how the system works. There are technically 17 types of pokemon, but to keep things even I thought we should scrap Normal from this list. Anyways, we start off with 16 separate tournaments...one for each type. Whenever all these tournaments are finished we go into the main event...the Ultimate Tournament. Each champion and runner-up of each tournament will compete for the title known as the Champion of Types. These people will bring honor and glory to the type they represent. Now then, here's the rules...

1. No hacks.
2. No legendaries (exception Arcanine for Fire XD)
3. Any accusations of cheating will be looked at, and if said trainer was indeed 'cheating' (breaking the rules, etc.) then the loser of that round will continue instead of the winner/cheater. This is to bring honor and glory to the type.
4. no smoking unless it's with smokescreen.
5. you are allowed to enter different tournaments, but please by all means if you have more than one version, please use them in different tournaments...so thataway if you do end up fighting yourself in the Champion of Types you can at least have a fight...
6. Do not enter the same tournament more than once.
7. Have a lot of fun.
8. If you do not follow rule 7 you will be ridiculed beyond your belief.
9. I know this is obvious but if you enter a tournament please use only the pokemon in that type.
10. The mono-type tournaments will be 3 on 3 instead of 6 on 6. The Ultimate Tournament will be 6 on 6. This is referring to the number of pokemon you have.
11. Substitutions are allowed.
