The Pokemon Diamond and Pearl Top 10 Trainer List

Hello everyone! This is the official Pokemon Diamond and Pearl Top Ten Trainer List! Please tell me if you want to be on the list. Then, on March 13, you will start battling people to get on the Top Ten List. You only have until March 13 to try out so hurry up and join! If only a few people join by March 13, then on April 4 is the last day when you get to join. I, Vaporeon is not entering but hosting. It does not matter how many people try out. I will just keep accepting challengers until March 13 or April 4.OK!
Rules
No hacked Pokemon ExampleNo Pokemon with illegal an illegal moveset(No Milotic with Thunder)
You may not have more than one of the same kind of Pokemon ExampleNo more than one Weavile[b]
If a person disconnects, then they must either give the win to the other person, or have a rematch with them.
You may only use 2 Ubers
There aren't many rules to put up since most of you guys know the rules when battling.
So have fun everyone and try your best! One more thing, I will have a blacklist here. You will be added to the Blacklist if you are not following the rules are not having fun and complain that you did not make it. There will also be an Honorable Mentions List. When all the spots are taken, a challenger who is not on the list may challenge the person who is No.10 and work their way up.
