Nintendo Losing It? Avatar10INTENDO Losing It?

Is Nintendo losing it? It seems that compared to Microsoft and Sony that they are in last place. Remember the good old days when Nintendo was pretty much the only game company that anybody cared about? I'll tell you why I think Nintendo lost it's power as first place in gaming. THERE GAMES ARE THE SAME!!! Nintendo repeats so many games it's not even funny. All they do is make newer versions of games from the past. It's ok to make sequels to good games like pokemon and brawl and mariokart, but the reason that I'm mad is because they make sequels to games that nobody ever liked in the first place!!! And there wiiware games are horrible, they are wastes of money, Nintendo is ripping off there customers! If they want to be back on top, then they need to go back to making good quality long games that actually take skill! Tell me what yall think about this.

I think maybe it is the changing times, newer gamers are coming, and the wii and ds just do not satisfy their needs. Since nintendo is usually a system to not have too many blood and gore games, maybe that is the reason? Also, they do make alot of repeats! STOP NINTENDO!

they need to stop making so many new systems and consoles. the Ds lite just came out a few years ago....and now the DSi. It gets annoying to people because the system then dies quickly and people dont feel like buying the newer system....then quit on nintendo.

Well, DS Lite came out pretty quickly also. They came out like a year or 2 after the original Nintendo DS came out.

We at Nintendo will be coming up with many games along with the release of the new gaming system, the Nintendo DSi.

Don't forget the Nintendo Wii, we've got some great titles there! Also, keep checking back on the Wii Shop and the Nintendo Channel for Updates & Additions. I like the Mii Contest Channel. So check it out!

nintendo should bring out a new game that no one have ever seen
and a new brand console to go with it
that should take them to the top
but they need to keep on bringing out games to stay in top
because if they don't sony psp and other sony products will always be first

There is the DSi which has been constantly advertised throughout Japan, America and Australia. This console is a popular one in a short elapsed amoung of time, due to it's portability and fancy features.

ok just to let you know the wii has been the number one christmas item for the last two years, the 360 and the ps3 both failed at taking the wii's spot. The problem that nintendo is having is fully utilizing the wii's capabilities as a system, as for the ds, it is still the number one hand held system in the world. Nintendo didn't put out a new hand held system that has these new add ons just to put it out, they did it to keep the ds on the top of the food chain, since the newest psp recently came out as well.

I'll admit that I've felt a bit worried about Nintendo...I've even complained quite a bit, but you know, they are starting to pick up the pace a bit in my opinion. Who knows what mysterious "key" titles they'll reveal tomorrow are...but I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it will be good. And of course, 3rd party support has been picking up as well. Just look all the great offerings that are coming to the Wii-

Murumasa: Demon Blade
No More Heroes 2
Monster Hunter 3
Fragile: Farewell Ruins of the Moon
Arc Rise Fantasia
The Grinder
Gladiator A.D.
The Conduit
Final fantasy: The Crystal Bearers
Sin and Punishment 2
Silent Hill: Shattered Memories
Resident Evil: Darkside Chronicles

Are all of these AAA titles, well, perhaps not...but they're all looking quite good, and it's the best lineup we've had on the Wii in a good long time.
