In the navigation menu, you will see "profile". Click it and find the sub-link called "avatar".

You have the options of :

1. uploading an image from your PC
2. uploading an image from a pic already on the web
3. linking to an off-site image

It's best to use either 1 or 2 because the 3rd has the possibility of having your image removed at any moment.

Go to Google, find an image and upload it from your PC or upload it from an image's link.
